The AR Administrator position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a growing accounting department. Daily duties include setting up and maintaining new customer accounts, working with the sales department to facilitate entry of new orders, invoicing and collection of payments and preparing deposits, invoicing and reconciling accounts receivable accounts.  In addition to your daily AR duties, you will be responsible for the WIP analysis, border documentation and admin support as required.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and excels in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Mechanical Engineer

We are currently seeking an engineering professional with the education and skills to join our design team.  Experience in a technical manufacturing environment is an asset but not a requirement.  A BASc in mechanical engineering or Engineer in Training and demonstrated skills using 2D CAD is a requirement; experience in solid modeling and FEA would be an asset.

The Mechanical Engineer at Aspen holds a position on a small engineering team that manages the entire product development cycle, from concept and design to manufacture.  The successful applicant will provide design and analysis in a multi-project environment designing heavy-haul lowbed trailers and transporters.  This will include pneumatic and hydraulic systems design.  Although the Engineering Manager is the key point of contact with Aspen's purchasing, sales, and manufacturing departments, Mechanical Engineers at Aspen are expected to communicate with these departments, as well as customers.

The successful candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements:

* A keen interest in mechanical design and product development

* BASc or Engineer in Training

* Demonstrated communication and team skills

* 2D CAD
