PX-Series

Aspen’s PX-Series (Petroleum Series) extreme duty trailers are designed for hauling skid mounted loads and construction equipment which primarily serve the Energy (Oilfield) industry and are suitable for both on road and off road applications. Configurations vary from payloads of 40 tons through 60 ton capacities, with axle configurations ranging from 8 through 11 axles (including truck axles). Aspen PX-Series trailers feature folding goosenecks with single drop and tail roll frames. PX-Series trailers can be configured with various deck widths and lengths including custom options. The PX-Series trailers have common air/regulated air suspensions or air-ride 8 wheels across (Wheelers). Transporter equalization is achieved by combinations of jeeps & boosters with common air/regulated air suspensions. Aspen’s PX-Series of trailers are available in specific regional configurations (mostly Western Canada) to maximize trailer configurations for specific regional regulations.

PF-Series

M-Series

Aspen’s M-Series (Mining Series) removable neck trailers are designed for mobile (self-propelled) mining equipment or crane loaded payloads which primarily serve the mining industry and are for off road, extreme duty applications. Configurations vary from payloads of 100 tons through 300 ton capacities, with axle configurations ranging from 3 through 5 axles (including truck axles). Aspen M-Series trailers feature removable necks with double drop decks with both square tail and beaver tail rear frames. The M-Series trailers have 4 wheels across per line and 8 wheels across per line, walking beam “trunnion” suspensions. Aspen’s M-Series are designed to interface with a customer’s specific prime mover (tractor).

SH-Series

Aspen’s SH-Series (Super Haul Series) steerable dual lane hydraulic suspension transporters are designed for crane loaded payloads which primarily serve the super haul industry and are for on road applications. Configurations vary from payloads of 75 tons through 180 ton capacities, with axle configurations ranging from 9 through 20 axles (including truck axles) unless the transporters are in a wagon configuration. Aspen SH-Series trailers feature step deck extendable, high frame, bunk loading or platform configurations in both wagon style (tractors push/pull via drawbar) and non-wagon style (tractor supports payload via gooseneck) configurations. The SH-Series trailers have hydraulic 4 wheels across per line, hydraulic 8 wheels across per line, and dual lane hydraulic 8 wheels across per line. Transporter equalization is achieved by common hydraulic fluid in 3-point or 4-point configuration. This category includes 24-wheel hydraulic platform modules and our patented dual lane hydraulic units “MDLT”.
