MF-Series

Aspen’s MF-Series (Mining Series) fixed neck trailers are designed for mobile (self-propelled) mining equipment or crane loaded payloads which primarily serve the mining and are for off road, extreme duty applications. Configurations vary from payloads of 100 tons through 150 ton capacities, with an axle configurations of 5 axles (including truck axles). Aspen MF-Series trailers feature fixed neck single drop decks with a beaver tail rear frame. The MF-Series trailers have 8 wheels across per line, walking beam “trunnion” suspensions. Aspen’s MF-Series are designed to interface with a customer’s specific prime mover (tractor).

MB-Series

Aspen’s MB-Series (Mining Series) bulk hauling trailers are designed for bulk payloads which primarily serve the mining industry and are for off road, heavy duty applications. Configurations vary from payloads of 35 tons through 150 ton capacities, with axle configurations of 6 axles through 12 axles (including truck axles). Aspen MB-Series trailers feature end dump bodies with end gate, end dump bodies with rock lip and B-Train side dump bodies. The MB-Series trailers have 4 wheels across per line. Aspen’s MB-Series are designed to interface with a customer’s specific prime mover (tractor).

Rail Trailers

Aspen’s rail industry trailers (Special Purpose Series) are specific rail equipment hauling trailers and are designed primarily for on road, regular duty rail industry applications. This trailer has payloads of 35 tons to 45 tons, with an axle configuration of 6 and 7 axles (including truck axles). Aspen rail industry trailers feature hydraulically removable or folding goosenecks, four rail decks with integrated standard gauge steel rails, square tail rear frames and have tri-axle common air suspensions. Aspen’s rail industry trailers are used primarily for applications in the rail equipment moving industry and are designed specifically for rail maintenance equipment. Standard specifications include a hydraulically driven 20,000 lb worm gear winch with cable and removable rail ramps for use with non-rail loads for increased loading capabilities.

Hydraulic Tail Trailers

This trailer has a payloads of 35 tons, with an axle configuration of 6 axles (including truck axles). Aspen hydraulic tail trailers feature perimeter frame goosenecks, four rail decks and a hydraulically operated rear tail that allow the efficient loading of various payloads that require a road contacting rear tail. Aspen’s hydraulic tail trailers have tri-axle air ride suspension. Aspen’s MB-Series are used in a variety of applications and are typically used in the paving industry and are suitable for payloads that may not be able to self-load. Standard specifications include a hydraulically driven 20,000 lb worm gear winch with cable for increased loading capabilities.

This trailer has a payloads of 45 tons, with an axle configuration of 6 axles (including truck axles). Aspen tilt trailers feature perimeter frame goosenecks, four rail, low height decks and sliding axles that allow the efficient loading of various payloads. Aspen’s tilt trailers have 4 wheels across per line air ride suspension in a tri-axle configuration. Aspen’s MB-Series are used in a variety of utility applications and are typically used in the recovery business and for payloads that may not be able to self-load. Options include hydraulic loading capabilities.

Glass Trailers

This trailer has a payload of 26 tons with an axle configuration of 5 axles (including truck axles). Aspen glass industry trailers feature fixed goosenecks, four rail decks with square tail rear frames and have tandem axle air ride suspension. Aspen’s glass industry trailers are light tare weight trailers used primarily for applications in the sheet glass industry and are designed specifically for sheet glass payloads.

Crane Dollies

Aspen’s crane dollies (Special Purpose Series) are specific use dollies and are designed specifically to assist mobile cranes to move within geographies that have specific regional weight regulations. Used primarily for on road, regular duty applications, these crane dollies have payloads of 40 tons with axle configurations of 4 or 5 axles (including truck axles). Aspen crane dollies feature low tare weight and have various frame and suspension configurations and have common air suspensions.
